Pasadenaadjacent commented on my Dodger Stadium post about having friends who were evicted from Chavez Ravine. Sadely, many families were forced to leave their homes in order to make room for the new stadium and public housing.The top photo is Chavez Ravine in 1950. The second photo was taken during a forced eviction in 1959.
