We barely have cell towers in DC (security matters) connections are always a nightmare. I had never seen these.
We have the palm tree kind - and ones in the huge church crosses. I notice a lot of our city high schools have them on site, too. At one time the schools were getting 'rent' money from the carriers, but I don't know if that is still going on.
This is so funny! Clever idea, common antennas are such ugly structures...
I've never noticed that!
Well I'll be paying more attention now.
